India Return Policy (Incorrect Bags Only)

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for change of mind. Returns are strictly only accepted if you receive the wrong product.

• 7-Day Window: You must contact us to request a return within 7 days of receiving your bag.

• Condition Requirement: To be eligible for a return, the bag must be completely unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately within the 7-day window at isaiioffice@gmail.com.

• Shipping & Instructions: If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

• Important: Bags sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we absolutely cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned bag to let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
